Modernization of Campsoft’s administrative platform, combining Front-end architecture, consistent interfaces, and technical collaboration with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Context

Campsoft’s administrative platform handled dashboard and customer-management workflows in a legacy system. My work is part of evolving this ecosystem and replacing that area with a modern, structured Front-end foundation.

Responsibilities

Web product development and evolution; modernization of the dashboard and customer management; component development and documentation with Storybook; REST and tRPC integrations; code reviews, PR approvals, pair coding, and technical support for other developers.

Challenges

Replace the legacy administrative platform

The modernization needed to cover both the dashboard and customer-management workflows in a new application.

Use Storybook as interface infrastructure

The team needed to develop, document, and validate components without depending on complete application flows.

Introduce Storybook so components could be observed and discussed in isolation.

The solution

The solution combined the functional migration of the administrative area with Material UI components, REST and tRPC integrations, and isolated documentation in Storybook. Code reviews, PR approvals, and pair coding helped spread the adopted standards.
